Home Care Patient Services

At Onestop Home Health Care we are dedicated to provide compassionate, quality care in the comfort of your home. We offer a full spectrum of services ranging from skilled nursing, therapy, medical social worker and home health aid to personal care and IHSS (In Home Support Services).

Medical Supplies

We offer a large selection of medical products, equipment and an excellent customer service for the safety and security of our aging population and individuals with disabilities. Our products include but not limited to; wound care supplies (such as: gauze, dressings, wipes), diabetic equipment (monitors, CGM readers and sensors), PPE, Therapy equipment (braces, compression socks, pads and wraps) and much more.

In Home Support Services (IHSS)

Family and friend caregivers can be paid for caregiving in Colorado under In Home Support Services (IHSS), a service allowed in certain Medicaid Home and Community Service­s (HCBS) Waivers in Colorado long term care Medicaid. Spouses, adult children, parents, friends, and neighbors who provide care for a loved one may be employed by a home care agency and receive compensation.

Onestop Home Health Care is a Colorado-owned and operated skilled home health care agency serving the counties of Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson counties. Onestop Home Health Care is a Medicare and Medicaid certified agency, as well as a CHAP Accredited agency that provides skilled nursing, physical/occupational/speech therapy, medical social work, and home health aide services.
